Second-hand boutiques go the extra mile by providing the personal shopper experience because they find the brands people love and resell them at significantly discounted prices. Consignment stores resell gently-used, never worn, apparel they purchase from or split the profit with their clients, who bring the items to them!!! Purchasing lightly-used items from resellers saves consumers time and money.
